About The Author

Mark Hayes is the founder and president of Bridge South Investments, LLC. This Nashville-based private lender and angel investor specializes in short-term bridge loans and private equity for residential and commercial real estate. It also invests in entrepreneurial industries such as technology, artificial intelligence, healthcare, sports and recreation, and entertainment. Over his twenty-year career, he has built or renovated over 100 homes and managed up to 40 rental units in-house. Mark received his Bachelor of Engineering from Vanderbilt University. He is a member of the American Association of Private Lenders (AAPL) and Real Estate Investors of Nashville (REIN). He is an active philanthropist with his time and his finances. Mark lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his lovely wife, Dawn, and their four children, Hank, Ike, Roy, and Margo.
