About The Book

Bridge the gap between ancient ethics and modern leadership and learn how self-awareness is the ultimate competitive advantage in business.

What if the secret to a smoother, more ethical business didn't start with a strategy session, but with self-awareness? In Yamas and Niyamas, a seasoned corporate strategist and yoga teacher, Kimberly Kayler, reveals how ancient yogic principles can solve the most pressing challenges of the modern professional.

Whether you're a burned-out C-suite executive managing a global brand, a startup founder dreaming your way from the ground up, or someone looking to align your work with greater clarity and purpose, this book is your roadmap. Join Kayler as she shows you how to bridge the gap between the work you do and the yoga mat, translating the Yamas (restrains) and the Niyamas (observances) into a practical toolkit.

In this guide, you will discover how to:

  • Approach communication with honesty and care
  • Build trust with transparency and ethical decision-making
  • Let go of the excess, inefficiency, and unnecessary complexities
  • Develop self-discipline and focus without burnout
  • Create awareness that strengthens the culture in the work you do

With personal stories, practical examples, and guided reflection prompts, this book is designed for both solo leaders and entire teams to ground your organization's success.

Wherever you're at-leading a company, building something new, or wanting to work with greater clarity-Yamas and Niyamas offers you a path forward.

Start your journey ethically, purposefully, and with heart.
